Can Rahm Emanuel fly?

Barack Obama's newly named White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel bears a striking resemblance to a certain flying congressman on NBC's Heroes. Adrian Pasdar plays the flying politician, Nathan Petrelli and looks just like him (to me at least).
